Today I am not going to tell you about pollution. I am going to discuss about 3 stories: Lamb to the slaughter, male child and love.
Among the stories I like the story, Lamb to the slaughter the best. This is because the author Roald Dalh is very articulate in what he was writing. It also leaves me in suspense as I was reading it which keeps me reading it to the very end. I have read some books before that I did not want to read it after I had read a few pages, but for this story it is different. There is a twist in the main character from the beginning to the ending.

I agree with you for the best story being the lamb to the slaughter. Because I understand the storyline better in that story and I already know that the cruelty of the wife. for the other stories, it is rather complicated and it is more difficult to understand.

ReplyDeleteOthers like Male Child and Love concentrated on the topic Deception too. In these stories, love is only temporary. To me, love is actually very complicated to me: divorce, flirt, another woman.......Like you, I also prefer Lamb to the Slaughter too.
ReplyDeleteI also prefer Lamb to the Slaughter as it really leaves people in suspense whilst in Male Child and Love I was able to predict what was going to happen. If it was not for obeying Mrs Anu's instructions I would have put away the book.Pls comment on my blog too. Sebastian._.:D)
